Review on 🍳 GreenPan Lima Healthy Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan/Skillet with Lid 12-inch Gray: A Kitchen Essential for Healthy Cooking by Tyler Vaughn

I had this pan a year ago in October and loved it until about a week ago food started sticking to it. My omelets end with scrambled eggs. I tried washing it by hand without abrasive once it had cooled. I have a special spatula made out of heat resistant soft plastic that is the only tool used with the pan. I almost always cook on medium heat, sometimes higher to sear things. I literally did everything I had to do and it still chars. I'm disappointed that it only lasts a year. I checked their website and they recommend a special sponge which I'll try, but if it's really necessary to care for the pot, it should come with it. I don't like being wasteful, I'd happily send it in for post-processing if they could. At this point I'm just sad because I liked the pan, but I don't want to buy another one if it only lasts a year.
