I bought the Cap 18 and assembled it with other audio equipment until it was ready to install. I built my box, then my wall. After figuring out where I want everything to go, I made the cuts and wrapped them. It's time to charge the cap and to my disappointment it doesn't charge above 8V. It was too late to return and I had already cut everything so I had to buy another one. I tried charging but more than 8 didn't work. I decided to disconnect the remote cable, thinking it would interfere with charging, and just use my multimeter. As soon as I unplugged it, it charged to the correct voltage. But for some reason my light is still weak. For some reason not my LED headlights but my interior lights, brake lights and LED tags.
