The product does what it is supposed to and is very durable. However, I have two main concerns (warmth and stability). HEAT: For normal stoves, this wok grate is too high and consequently lowers the temperature of the wok as the flame cannot even reach the wok itself. When I'm at full speed now, it's more like I'm a little above average. If you have a traditional high flame gas burner, this product will not have this problem. But for those cooking on a conventional or induction hob, your wok won't be able to heat up as much as if it were sitting directly on the hob. STABILITY: The wok holder has no clips or anything to hold it sideways. , and then when you move the wok, the wok holder also moves (pushing the wok away from its original position over the fire). Generally it "works", but you need a real gas burner that shoots a strong flame so your heat isn't compromised.
