LOVE them for trail running!
I need shoes with a good tread to run on trails. My old boots were heavy and I used to trip over tree roots etc as I had trouble lifting my legs. These shoes are light and now I can lift my foot very easily to avoid small obstacles on the trail. My only two wishes are that they have traditional laces and that they come in purple!
