Review on ICON EMR by Tay Tran

The customer service is great! They are always willing to help with any questions or concerns that you may have, they will work directly through your staff member if needed too so it's nice when there isn't an issue but no worries we get straight back in touch as soon possible :) We've been able use their software since our start up date (3 years ago) which has helped us grow from 1 doctor using only paper records into 5 doctors & over 70 employees who can access patient information at anytime anywhere via smart phones tablets computers laptops etc.
