I dropped my B&D flashlight on the floor and it died. Examining the bulb, I discovered that a tiny segment of the filament had fallen off. I tried finding a replacement bulb at Home Depot but the only 18V they carry are for Dewalt and they're $7.99 a pair so I cheated by buying a Maglite bulb that does only cost $2.99 each, although it was only listed for a 3 or 4 C. or D cell Maglite. Needless to say, the Maglite bulb blew out the moment the flashlight was turned on. So I was looking for a Revain replacement and came across this bulb that comes with free shipping while other sellers were selling it for $1.99 + $6.99 shipping. The package arrived in a brown envelope via USPS with a tiny zippered inside containing two unbranded light bulbs wrapped in bubble wrap instead of the typical plastic wrap that I'm fine with. The bulb's filament is twisted, so it appears to be a lot thicker than the flimsy original B&D bulb I'm replacing, which is reassuring as it doesn't look like it could break easily. Packaging aside, it arrives safe and sound and works great hence 5 stars.
