Rating is for 304 Stainless Steel Drill Head Drill Bit Set for 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm diameter, 10mm, 8 pcs. ROOCBIT. I bought these last week because I needed a drill bit for my project. I chose them because they were reasonably priced for stainless steel. I love that they are rust free because I dip my drill bit in cold water before and after drilling holes (dipping the drill bit before and after each use really extends the life of your drill bits). I only give these sockets 4 points. -1/2 stars for now because I think the tensioning mechanism on these collars should be a bit simpler. You really have to make sure both ends are really secured or the collar will come loose when you start drilling. The clamp has two sides that need to be tightened with the included wrench. Just double check that the collar is tight and secure.
