Review on 🥗 Cuisinart Green Salad Spinner: Efficiently Wash and Dry Fresh Greens! by Kevin Graham

I love Cuisinart products in general, but this one is not one of my favorites! Most spinners are more expensive, so I'll put up with that problem. I like its ability to rotate and drain the salad - it works well. The second time I used it the middle cap on top came off and I couldn't figure out what happened because it seemed attached the first time I used it. I tested it to see if anything is broken and if it works. I didn't see anything broken and it still worked but its function was a bit weakened. I found out later that there was a screw shank that didn't appear to have a screw head - where was it? I ripped up my freshly made salad and THAT WAS IT! Luckily the head of the screw is about 1" in diameter, quite thick and white! I doubt anyone will accidentally eat it. but centrifugal force causes it to sink to the bottom of the slingshot as it detaches—under the lettuce leaves. Now I'll make sure it doesn't get into the future salad mix!
