Easy fix for $200 mechanic bill

2011 Ford Escape will not blow at lower fan settings. It wasn't easy to loosen and screw in the screws, but this resistance worked like a clock. Installed and tested before repotting and this map gets very hot. It is not surprising that there are failures, especially when there is condensation inside the case.
