Resistance reviews misleading

I read the reviews on these and was excited for some EXTREME resistance. Whammy. They are durable and certainly preferable to my latex versions but I will say that the resistance is just meh. I'm no athlete; trust me on that. I use these often and have found that the only one that challenges me (I'm a fairly strong little chunk) is the "heavy" band. The other two even slide a bit off of me if I am standing (which is saying a lot because I'm not a small person). If you are looking for extreme resistance, you won't find it here
