Great Christmas Decoration

I just put these in my windows last week. They are perfect but have a few problems. First of all, the remote only works if you are within 6 feet. Which is fine if you are using them all in one area, but not helpful if you are trying to use them in all your windows. Secondly, the directions are pretty confusing re: how to set the timer for the lights to come on automatically. So if you buy these and are confused, here's what we figured out: 1- put your batteries in and turn the candle on with the remote. 2 - Determine how long you want them to stay on. Then push the button that correlates with that time. The candle will flicker off, which means it's set. For example, we wanted them to come on at 5 pm and off at 11 pm. I turned the candle on, then pushed the number "6" (for 6 hours on, 18 hours off). As long as I don't touch the remote anymore, they will turn on and off automatically. Awesome! I would recommend programming them all in one spot prior to putting them in your windows so they will turn on at the same time.

Pros
  • The battery-operated design makes them perfect for use in a camper or RV
Cons
  • The suction cups may not work well on uneven surfaces
