Read all sides of box for instructions. Especially the bottom if the box. I loved them once i figured out how to turn them on. I wanted to see how the candles would last and they worked great all month. I used the remote to turn them on at 5pm and then set 6 hours and that was it. They worked great all month!

This candles were okay, however the timer does not work well. It wouldn’t turn on at all at the right time or turn on hours after. When they are on they definitely make our home look homey.

I purchased a 10 pc set in 2018 and used them every evening from Christmas time til mid spring with only one battery change. I continue using them every winter through spring and Love these candles. I love them so much, I've decided to light the back windows as well, as I originally only had them in our front windows. They cast a soft light, but they are very consistent and reliable. These are just as described and really great looking! It's nice that you can set them to come on each night and go off after 2, 4, 6 or 8 hours. Two brightness settings and an option to flicker. The customer service was very good, we where missing one item and we contacted them about it. They sent a replacement piece right away. Very happy to be able to set window lights that come on and off on their own.

These worked very well for the holiday. Light stayed bright for about 3 weeks using them 6 hours daily. They also fit well on window sills.

The product works as advertised. The thing that impressed me the most is the customer service. I was having issues with the remote but an actual person helped me troubleshoot it over the phone.

I have been looking for candles for the windows of our home for several years. SO happy to find this set that contained everything I needed. The candles are lightweight but good quality and look great, the suction cups allowed us to put the candles in the top portion of the window so as not to be accidentally bumped by our pets. The timer is tricky. For 5 PM to 11 PM, you have to have it turned on, then press the 6 button at 5 PM. It blinks when it receives that signal. The remote can cover several in a row at the same time, but if one missed the signal, you don’t know until it fails to go off at all. I just put these in my windows last week. They are perfect but have a few problems. First of all, the remote only works if you are within 6 feet. Which is fine if you are using them all in one area, but not helpful if you are trying to use them in all your windows. Great for holidays. Set them then forget them. Easy to reset timer when it starts getting dark earlier. So nice to not have to plug them in. Stay on window nicely. Got some for a friend who just bought a 150 yr old victorian house.

We received these candles and had a few questions which I sent to the provided email address and received very prompt response. (There is an error in the directions which states that the candles stay OFF for the 2, 4, 6, or 8 timed cycles but it is true that they stay ON for that period instead.). For the price, I expected these window candles to be more durable and bright, they are lightweight plastic, they work ok but are not very bright. I feel like I have to handle them extremely gently as they are delicate and fragile, They do the job but I just expected more for my money.
