This is a good fender set for the price. The fit of the 2010 Highlander was good. The front parts are attached with existing screws located in the fender. The rears require drilling 2 holes in the bumper cover and using 1 existing screw under the rear bumper. The valve stock is approximately 3/16 inch thick. Came with the right amount of gear but no instructions.
