As described best in my review

I received these yesterday. One had a charge, the other did not. Both fit the tool and charger with no problems. Easy in, easy out. I put the one with a charge in the screwdriver and it had more power than the ni-cad batteries I bought a year or two ago. I put the second battery in the original Black & Decker charger. Today I put the second one in the screwdriver and it seems to have plenty of power also. So far I am very pleased.I didn't rate longevity or battery life because I haven't had them long enough to rate those.

Pros

The Energup Li-Ion Replacement Battery Pack is an excellent alternative to expensive OEM batteries, providing the same level of functionality and quality

Cons

The replacement battery pack may not provide the same level of performance as the original Black Decker battery pack
