ALUMINUM COOLANT FLANGE
Installed Coolant Flange on 2002 Jetta Estate 219,245 Miles 2.0L AVH Engine September 2019 Replaced plastic coolant sealing flange which is the OEM original leak ring between flange and engine block. The aluminum coolant flange is leakproof in the engine block when properly installed with an old paper gasket coated with a high-tack sealant.
