First impressions were good, but after a while I noticed that the sound of the microphone was "jackal" (strong crackling and hum). The sound also began to disappear (I checked the headphones, they work). I've looked all over the internet, but there's nothing. I asked other users, they said to return under warranty. That's exactly what I did. I got my money back and I bought the same audio card. The first day everything was fine, but then it started. I ran into the SAME problem. I do not know what to do. Might have to return it under warranty. P. S The problem turned out to be in the wire from the headphones
