They blew everyone away with this kettle. Firstly, I love the design. It's quirky and minimalist and looks great on my stovetop. Secondly, the weight (full) is very light so spills don't strain the hand (like my 2 kettles which weigh a ton at the end of the pour). Third, it's by far the best gooseneck of the three. It's slow and smooth, and the pen is at the perfect angle for easy pouring! Add to that the ease of cleaning and I'm sold! A tip: I boiled 4 pots to make sure there was no residual oil left in the kettle. It smelled the first few times I cooked in it. It takes about 8 minutes to bring room temperature water to a boil over medium-high heat on a gas stove. I have never heard of this company and can only say 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏! Enjoy.
