Easy to install and very close to factory, and the common point of failure of these things (the plastic part that holds the cable ends) seems a little more reliable than many others I've seen. The only problem I had was that the curvature of the window rail wasn't as curved as the standard rail, so I had to bend it a bit and add washers/spacers between the 4 guide brackets and the door bracket to make them more towards the window/outer door . Without the extra flex and shims, once installed the window glass would rub or "bump" against the motor when lowered, but after this simple little modification it works perfectly.
