Review on πŸ’ Dyan Reaveley's Dylusions Ink Spray, 2oz - Cherry Pie by Carla Anderson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Fun, colorful and perfect for experimenting on a summer's day.

This is a very cherry red ink, just the color I was hoping for. I'm new to sprays so I experimented by first spraying some white flowers I collected from another purchase. I like the result! I made a homemade spray bottle to catch any excess spray and I recommend you do this as the spray is difficult to remove. Second, I took a doily with leaf cutouts and used it as a stencil on white paper. Nice! I accidentally got ink on one of the sneakers, so "pointed it up" and sprayed both from afar. Something like tie-dye and I like it. I used a hair dryer to set the ink. (Hope this works or I'll end up with "hot pink" toes. LOL.) I can't wait to hear other artists' comments and ink ideas. (I bought a few from multiple sources.)

Pros
  • This ink spray is a concentrated dye for use on porous surfaces.
Cons
  • Without automatic coloring.
