Color Mixing

I recently bought several colors of Dylusions Ink Spray to add to my collection. I enjoy working with colors for their vibrancy and vibrancy. They're especially fun with stencil work and controlled fills and blobs. I can't wait to try Cherry Pie and White Linen this week as I'm working on an assignment for my mixed media class.

Pros
  • Very Good Price
Cons
  • Big and Bulky

Oh god be very careful with this - the mist from the spray spreads quite a bit. With the spray up staining my clothes, body and face!Stained my shower stall, vinyl floor (which is mostly grey/black) and everything else he came in contact with.EXCEPT the only thing I wanted, my synthetic hair pieces.which he just shed like the hair was waterproof (like it landed on my floor) - and it only takes a second for it to make contact with something (like your skin) and you can't take it off, you have to

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • Not the best

Worth the money Good for painting

Diane has a wonderful gift for creating these colors. They are beautiful. They go together so beautifully. She really has a gift. It's amazing what kind of art can be created with it. When you get them for the first time, you will be addicted and won't want to do anything else. You are so good. I consider them one of my main investments in art supplies along with acrylic, a bang for the buck.

Pros
  • Made in the USA
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

I love these best arts, painting and craft supplies

Love Dylusions ink for all my projects. They WILL clog, so if you're using a spray paint, when you're done with the paint you'll have to unscrew it, dip it in warm water and pump the spray until it runs clear. It's a big pain, but the only way to prevent your masters from clogging. This applies to all brands. I have not done this in the past and wish I had taken the time to properly care for her. Once clogged, in my experience they are very difficult to remove if you can.

Pros
  • Acid Free; non toxic
Cons
  • Some bugs

Fun, colorful and perfect for experimenting on a summer's day.

This is a very cherry red ink, just the color I was hoping for. I'm new to sprays so I experimented by first spraying some white flowers I collected from another purchase. I like the result! I made a homemade spray bottle to catch any excess spray and I recommend you do this as the spray is difficult to remove. Second, I took a doily with leaf cutouts and used it as a stencil on white paper. Nice! I accidentally got ink on one of the sneakers, so "pointed it up" and sprayed both from afar…

Pros
  • This ink spray is a concentrated dye for use on porous surfaces.
Cons
  • Without automatic coloring.
