Product looks good but only time will tell. It's not as thick as described. In the Product Information section, it appears as 18 x 12 x 1.4 inches. The product description (provided by the seller) states: 18" diameter (width) x 12" (height), 3/4" thick. It is neither one nor the other. Its thickness is 0.7 inch. Approx 3/4 but not quite. Due to the thickness, the groove is on the shallow side and part of the description says it holds an ounce. Rest assured that the juices from your roast beef or roast chicken will most likely spill onto the countertop. Um to be honest the grooves never seem to be big enough to make a real difference, however it is good value for money and includes two equal sized boards, the ends run over the fibers to the motherboard so splitting should be avoided be kept to a minimum.
