The system has been very easy for our staff to use with no training needed at all. It makes it simple for us to access patient information quickly from anywhere! I do not like that you cannot see what steps are being done before finishing an order so sometimes there are errors but this can be fixed by contacting customer support. This tool helps me keep track of my orders as well as get them completed faster. Great product! If you don't know how to enter orders correctly or need help getting started using the software then contact their customer service team. They will walk you through everything step by step. Keeping tabs on my orders has made me more efficient and less likely to make mistakes. Also helps when filling out paperwork for insurance companies.
