This item was the best purchase we've made in preparation for our month long trip to the UK! We travel a lot and buy a new adapter every time we travel. Trying to find the right adapter for the countries we visit has always been a challenge. This adapter eliminates that need. It's a little cube and by simply sliding the knob (which is labeled with the country it works in) you get the plug configuration you want, be it US, EU, AU or UK. It also comes with a sheet listing which countries each configuration is suitable for. No box with different adapters, no confusion. It was easy to use and offered plenty of power outlets. It has 4 USB ports that allow you to charge our two cell phones at the same time - no more fighting over which one to charge first. There were also regular US plug ports so we could plug in a night light and charge our phones at the same time. I got concerned when I received an email asking me to test it before leaving so I can get a replacement if it doesn't work. Suggests the product is unreliable - but SO NO! We checked before leaving but it wasn't necessary. It worked great and was a real workout as we went 26 days and used it daily. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
