The fact that I can see my numbers of people attending, how many are in each age range and who is giving what to help me determine which areas need attention! It's also great when you have multiple events happening at once so it helps keep track of things easier than if they were separate reports or programs. Nothing specific as far as dislike goes but sometimes we get an error message where everything freezes up including our website (which doesn't happen often). Keeps us organized by helping provide data regarding attendence rates between different locations/events and showing trends over time allowing us to make better decisions about future planning. We use this primarily to track all member activity such as baptism dates etc., however I think there may be other uses too that aren't readily apparent from their site.
