This worked for me, not sure if it works for everyone. The reason for this problem was that my computer was using the wrong memory and I had to install Windows on my main memory SSD.1. Make sure you have a DisplayPort cable (included with the monitor) OR HDMI cable (not included with the monitor) connecting the computer case and the monitor and a black adapter that plugs into the monitor is connected. Leave the monitor and PC switched off.2. Turn on the computer tower, then the monitor. A red scepter logo will appear on the monitor and after a few seconds some PC options may appear in the lower right corner of the screen. I had to press/hold F11 when the logo appeared to select the specific SSD/HDD to boot my computer, but this may vary by computer.3. If you know that the computer already has Windows installed and which store it is installed in, select it to start the computer. It should then go to the Windows home page where you can set up a Windows profile and you're done. 3b. But if you don't have Windows installed on it, turn off your computer and monitor. Use a USB flash drive, SD card or Windows Installer CD and connect it to the PC, and then turn on the monitor and the PC again. The Windows Installer should start automatically. After installation, you can remove the USB stick and restart your computer, which should start Windows normally.
