This heating pad has worked amazing for my 18 year and 15 year old cats. Our weather can get down to 20 degrees or lower and we do get snow here and there. Our cats were very comfortable sitting on their pad outdoors in the carport. I would really recommend it. You just plug it in. The soft outside pad is washable.

- We have a couple outdoor (farm) cats. They do use it and haven't complained that I know of.
- May cause burns if left on for prolonged periods of time
