Review on Smartlook by Elijah Balzarini

The best thing about smart look was its ability to help me understand my customers better by collecting data from various sources like website visits, social media activities etc. I also liked that it had an option available where you could get suggestions in terms of improvement after analyzing your product or service as well. There were some times when i couldn't access certain pages because they seem to be working slow which made things difficult sometimes but overall everything worked fine with them so far. It would have been nice if there are more features added into this platform such as; 1) Dashboard feature - This way we can track our customer's activity through different platforms (social network sites). 2) Website customization.- With this, one will no longer need to use multiple tools just to customize his/her own webpage since he/she has already got those options right within the dashboard itself!
