Review on Cricut Standard Grip Mat Mats by Kim Sanchez

I'm an avid vinyl and somewhat paper lover. I bought this brand because they were cheaper and delivered quickly, but I will NOT buy them again! You are too sticky! I know these rugs are meant to be tacky - I've bought many of these over the years of handcrafting but have never been so disappointed! As you can see in the photos, when I sent the vinyl to be removed, the white backing tore or was so difficult to remove that the image I cut out was so "twisted" that the letters in the image fell off and warped! The paper came off more easily, but was quite "curled" again. I'm trying to get these mats to work, so I put pieces of paper on different parts of the mat - it's less sticky and I can remove the product with little damage (see image of this solution). I also noticed that when I downloaded it to my computer the spacing was slightly off, so I have to keep my image lower down the page or it gets cropped. I give two stars for the price and the fast shipping. If you have a cricket slicer this might not be a problem for you, but I have another machine and it definitely doesn't work for me!
