This product works great! My problem is more related to shipping and packaging. I was undeterred from trying the product because I was missing about half an ounce. nope! Instead, I put on my gloves and went into town! As you can see from the photos, one of the bottles in my two packs of this descaler blew open to do wonders for the labels. Using my astute observation I noticed that the liquid on the lid was still wet which is why I determined it was a shipping issue and so a star was deducted for inadequate packaging. I was able to clean my ninja. Coffee house in just one cleaning with this product. I did a deep clean and like a unicorn fart it worked like magic and even my coffee shop was brewing the right amount again! (The naughty car took some time to digest.) Overall, I would definitely buy it again.
