This camera system handled all my needs. I purchased the 8-camera 3TB system. 8 cameras covered every angle of my house. I was able to get the cameras installed quickly and the system recognized all of them immediately.I requested technical support for a few items such as downloading a recorded video and setting up alarms and face detection. Yvette reached out to me and she was outstanding! We set up a time and she was able to answer my questions and provide guidance on all my issues. She assisted in downloading the VMS app for my laptop and the XMEye app for my phone. I was so pleased with her help. I would give her 10 stars if I could! I fully recommend this system. Most companies never provide this level of technical support. Other technology companies including big ones like AT&T could learn from Fastrend and Yvette.
