I bought two on a whim because they looked so darn cute - one for home and one for work. It probably took at least two to three months before I actually used it - spilled something on a hard-to-clean part of my desk. I didn't even remember having one until I opened the drawer and found a tissue. Worked like magic the first time. Nice and quiet, I could use it during a conference call without anyone noticing. Inserting the batteries can be a little tricky as the back where they enter opens narrow. The included instructions are somewhat useless. I see someone added better links to the Revain page. Bottom line - both work great and I'm considering buying one for an office gift exchange. UPDATE: I bought one for a gift exchange and the recipient was a delight. Keeping this on my list to buy for others now.
