EDIT: It's been a month now and I just wanted to add that using a mat solved the problem with the wavy carpet and made walking a little more comfortable has made . Nevertheless, it is hardly more comfortable than on concrete. It looks good and is worth the money but to be honest I'm looking for a more comfortable rug in a similar color. patio cushions and this red/orange one is perfect. It has no real pattern and blends in with the backdrop of my concrete patio. This color is more like light paprika mixed with neutral gray tones (works well with salsa and sea green and fairington orange pillows). It seems pretty well made and reversible. I used this little runner as a mat next to the back patio door but that brings me to the only downside - it's very, very flimsy. I'll try a rug to make going out a little more comfortable. Can't speak to durability and how well it will hold up, but I live in a very hot and humid coastal climate and will be upgrading when it starts to break down this summer. My first impression is that it looks good, just needs some padding.
