The software is great, easy-to use - no training required! I am able to track all of my clients in one place as well which makes it super convenient for me when working with multiple organizations at once (and their respective funders). There are some things that could be improved upon but nothing major or anything that would prevent us from using this product. For example we used an older version where there was not enough functionality regarding giving reports within each client's organization; however they have since updated so now everything works perfectly fine. Just give them your feedback if you can't find something specific through search engine queries first before contacting support because everyone has different needs/wants. This tool helps keep our records organized by location while also allowing other staff members who work outside those locations access via email without having to go into every single file manually just hoping someone else hasn’t already changed.
