The most helpful feature is that it allows you to track your progress with your grantees, which makes it easier to see what's working and what isn't. It also has a lot of bells and whistles, but I think it would be great if they could make the interface more user friendly for someone who doesn't have an advanced degree in graphic design. The software is great, easy-to use - no training required! I am able to track all of my clients in one place as well which makes it super convenient for me when working with multiple organizations at once (and their respective funders).
