The most helpful feature is that it allows you to track your progress with your grantees, which makes it easier to see what's working and what isn't. It also has a lot of bells and whistles, but I think it would be great if they could make the interface more user friendly for someone who doesn't have an advanced degree in graphic design. There are some things that are difficult to understand (like how to add or remove a grantee) that could be improved. If you're looking for a robust platform that will allow you to track your progress with your grantees and give you reports, this is the tool for you. We are able to keep track of our grantees and their progress towards reaching goals.
