My first M365 had a flat front tire and thought it would be easy to patch a tire or change an inner tube. Taking the wheel off was easy, but I couldn't get the tube out of the rim! After playing with it for several hours, I sawed off the valve stem and started looking for a better solution. I found these tubeless tires and ordered a pair even though I only had one flat tire. I got the tires, read about the experiences of other users and can say that they are not easy to mount, but not impossible. The trick for me was that I had to cook the tire to soften it. Go to YouTube and search Andy Wofford for great videos on installing front and rear wheels. After watching this video (which came out the day before my install) I was able to install the front wheel without too much trouble. You should have something good to pry on and the tire should be hot. I rode the scooter after installation and didn't notice any difference in performance or ride quality. All I know is that I will never be stuck in another apartment! Great product and I'm so glad I did. PS - the next day the rear tire blew out so I will mount the rear tire tomorrow. I'm so glad I got a pair.
