I bought these in December 2019 to use with the waffle maker I bought. I knew I needed a pastry brush if I was going to oil the waffle stands. Almost two months later after being used in a waffle maker, washed in the dishwasher, hand washed and other products greased. and they still work well and look great. I added photos from today (February 2020). I took 3 packs because. Why not?! My set fully corresponds to the description. I received 3 basting brushes, 1 each green, yellow and blue. They are exactly 8.25 inches long. The "hair" of the brush is 1.25" long and the brush is 1.25" wide. Hole at handle tip for hanging or clipping together. Ring. The brush hair is soft and quite flexible. If you need a thicker hairbrush, look elsewhere. Oddly, they're great if you want to use it as a facial massager or for other tactile work.
