The bag is very large. I've taken this bag on several week-long dive trips and it easily fits all of my scuba gear plus my regular clothing and extras all the time, with a bit more room. I haven't had any problems with being overweight either. I didn't put my fins in the outside pockets just because I preferred to lock them up when traveling and didn't want to use multiple locks, but they do fit. Unfortunately, after just three rides, the bottom corners are already worn and the underlying hard plastic is already showing, making it seem like the material was either cheap (which it doesn't look like) or something needed to be done to protect it.
