Review on 🔴 Mishimoto MMCFK-F2D-03RD Coolant Filter Kit for Ford 6.0L Powerstroke 2003-2007: Red Color Option by Justin Vasquez

Easy to install. You need to go to the Mishimoto website for the installation instructions as they are not included with the product. Also, several others have commented on removing about 3 inches from the heater core return hose, which needs to be done. I took some photos of how I routed and clamped the hoses as this was not mentioned in the instructions. I used 3/4" hose clamps and a 1/2" clamp on the negative battery cable. Some may route it differently, but it is double insulated with a rubber clamp and cable sleeve on the negative cable. I also attached the return hose to the shroud to keep the return hose secure. Drill a small hole in the case and use a very small self-tapping screw. By the way, someone complained that the screws rust quickly, so I primed and painted the screws red and held them to the bracket for the filter itself.
