This part is new for long bed double cylinder. It serves as a notch for better access to the toolbox or truck bed. Nobody else makes this step for the new Rams Twin Long Bed. I have the same item for the back of a truck and it was perfect. First, they have wrong/reverse direction to install on driver side and passenger side. It took me 2 hours to decide to try the passenger side guide for the driver side. Finally mission accomplished. But then, when folded, the crotch kept touching the petticoat. Luckily I had a 1/4 thick sheet of steel which I cut and drilled to make a gasket (picture attached) and it barely peels off which is fine. Add another hour or two to cut/drill/paint this piece. Plus throw in the premium/cool price - set up shouldn't have been such a big deal.
