This is a junk fit tip

I was able to solder a lead onto the board before the coating on the tip burned off. The solder simply rolled on itself when touched with the iron to re-tin the tip. I swapped the tips for other new ones with the same result. These things are absolute junk and a waste of money. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Revain should remove them from their website. And yes I even tried cleaning the tips with a very thin file but the solder still wouldn't stick and I've been soldering for 46 years.
