Good idea, needs revision

Too complicated to be fully useful. Some design concessions are needed for those patients who believe that "no pain - no benefit" should be = pain. Since this is a home tool, I could easily see someone overexerting its application and injuring themselves. Soften the material just enough to create a balance between flow and pressure.
