I'll admit we didn't use this for cheese. I used this to remove two large horizontal mirrors that were attached to the wall with double sided tape. The idea is to run a wire behind the mirror to separate the tape from the wall. Previous attempts to remove the mirrors with a bike brake cable (a suggestion found online) have been unsuccessful due to the thickness of the wire and the pain in your hands. It was the PERFECT decision. The wire was strong and thin and the handles were very comfortable. We removed the mirrors in just minutes and didn't break them! ADVANTAGES: * Durable thin wire, comfortable grips. * Great for removing things stuck on double sided tape. CONS: * Can't think of any. (Note: we didn't use this for cheese.)
