The ability for multiple users to edit and check their status at the same time, also the ability to set alerts so that you can be notified of updates made by anyone in the team is very helpful. It would have been great if there was a way to see who has viewed your tasks recently or who is working on it right now. Also, I wish that there was an option to set due dates for upcoming tasks so that they are automatically added to my calendar once I am done with them. There are many other things that this tool does well but these are just some of the more specific ones. We use this to track our daily progress and make sure that everyone is keeping up with their assigned tasks.
