Excellent quality, absolutely not expected for such a price.

Good processor. With the Hyper 412S cooler (native thermal paste, native cooler) in the Fractal Design Define R3 case (one cooler for intake, one for exhaust) when all fans are set to the maximum position (about 1300 rpm each) - the temperature in Splinter Cell: Blacklist for 3 hours of the game does not rise above 53C, while the processor load all this time is kept at the level of 60-70%. There is no noise in the background of game sounds. Use quality cases, gentlemen.
BOX took for the sake of a guarantee. Native cooler - on the shelf.

Pros

1) Power is still enough. Although the insatiable Windows 7 scores only 7.6 out of the maximum 7.9. 2) Everyone is intimidating how hot he is - well, I don’t know. With high-quality cooling, it is not at all hotter than Core 2. 3) The possibility of overclocking. But I haven’t driven it yet (meaning, if the load is more than 70%, it doesn’t rise at all). Let's see what will happen in GTA 5 (in many respects I bought it for it).

Cons

1) Price (especially after the growth rate). 2) Standard policy of Intel: new processor - new Socket. Therefore, I chose a model with a margin. I would take the i7-5820k, but the price (including DDR4 and the X99 motherboard) bites too hard.
