EVERY DAY MORE COMING!

I've only had this rug for a few weeks and it's losing more and more of its weave every day. I don't even know how as this room is almost never used. I fell in love with him when I first saw him but now I'm HEART KILL because of him, he's literally falling apart. The only things I had on the rug were small weights to smooth out the ends and waves. They only weigh 5 pounds, no more than a coffee cup saucer😩😩😢😢. NuLOOM, please do it right.
