Not my first choice
I had trouble adjusting to this peeler. I did reverse the blade which was difficult, but I wanted to peel right handed toward my body. I was peeling apples & found that my old metal peeler was easier to use for that.
- Reduces kitchen clutter by eliminating the need for multiple tools
- The peeler may be more difficult to use on wet or slippery vegetables
