What The Shop offers an innovative solution to solving problems of shopper behavior. This is very impactful on how companies can manage, measure and improve their brand reputation with the help of What The Shop. I have not experienced any difficulties using What The Shop as a customer. We are just now starting out in the implementation. It's hard for me to comment too much at this time, but I know that the more we utilize What The Shop, the better it will be. Being able to make reports for my colleagues to use and being able to track and improve our shopper experiences. I like that it's very easy to use! You don't need any training or anything, just get started right away by creating your first account with us (if you haven’t already). It has helped our store immensely because we are able see what customers look at so much more than before!! We were missing this data priorly since there was no way for me as an associate in my position of being out front helping people navigate through their shopping experience here is now available.
