Boo! When I first received this nice lightweight navy blue helmet I thought the adjustable mechanism was a little "off" but it worked well so I didn't give it much importance. Now the calicoplastic teeth rattled. Haven't used much in six months. It's the first cold morning so I had to enlarge the cap to fit under the helmet. It just doesn't stretch anymore. I see that I have room for expansion, but it's just not going there. I wore the same hat six months ago so I know it used to be this size. I'm afraid if I keep turning it it will fall apart in my hands. I want my money back. This has a very uncomfortable/scratchy headband immediately after unpacking. He never got softer. The built-in light is VERY difficult to use. It's like pushing a rock that doesn't move. Sometimes it turns on if you have a very strong thumb. I was looking for a way to change a battery but couldn't find any. So I think when the light burns out it will be finished. This morning I had to use my good old bell which I have used A LOT for over 15 years.
