Review on Haptik by Steven Loy

The best part about haptk is that it has an easy UI for anyone who's new into chatbot development, even if they're not very technical in nature! I have been working as Developer Evangelist at HaTK since last 1 year now (and still counting!).

One of my favourite features which i personally love most here are - Voice Commands feature & FAQs section available within dashboard makes things so much easier than any other competitor out there right? Well yes but sometimes when we try explaining voice commands or faqs sections while onboarding our first time customers those people don't get what exactly do these mean?! So this was one problem faced by me previously too!! But thanks God everything worked great after some tweaks. And also another thing would be the pricing model where its charged per minute instead of total cost like.
